Music on Main series continues

The Music On Main Street concert series on Friday, will feature the Reflections. The band is new to Music On Main Street, performing oldies rock and beach music. They play such songs as: "Save the Last Dance for Me," "Hold Me, Drinkin' Champagne" and "Just One Look." The five-piece band from Greenville, S.C, is made-up of Tony Ledford, lead guitar; Doedy Jackson, keyboard; John Hawkins, drummer; George Jackson, bass guitar and Mike Lagerholm on keyboard.

Put on your dancing shoes for some good toe-tapping music this Friday. The 10th annual Music On Main Street concert series will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. every Friday evening through Aug. 22, at the Visitors Information Center, 201 S. Main St., Hendersonville.

Bring a chair and sit back, relax and enjoy the music. Audience seating area will open after 5:30 p.m. Hendersonville City ordinance prohibits animals in the event area. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Admission is free.

In case of inclement weather the concert will be postponed until 8 p.m. If the weather does not improve by 8 p.m. the performance will be cancelled.
